The participants of the school will be requested to present both oral and poster presentations:
- Presenter will have 10 minutes for his oral presentation, which include talk and discussion. The recommended duration of the talk is 7-8 minutes, leaving few minutes for questions. Discussion or presentation will be strictly stopped after 10 minutes by the session chairman. Participants are welcome to use the provided computer with software for showing slides in PPT, PPTX and PDF formats.
- Poster should be A1 size in portrait. Organizers will provide participants with all the necessary materials to hang the posters. Participants should put their posters up as soon as possible and leave them till the end of the school, thus presenters are encouraged to be active not just during the posters session, but during the free-time as well.
